We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support in maintaining and managing building operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all users. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors regarding building-related inquiries. Assist with the coordination of maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support the management of building systems, including monitoring facilities and reporting issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in data entry for reporting purposes. Help organise office moves, setup of meeting rooms, and other logistical support as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a facilities management or maintenance role is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to building operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with using facility management software. Skills: Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
