Key Responsibilities

3. Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and skills.
4. Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Buyer or Supervisory role, including team coaching, supplier relationship management, and performance development.
