HRBP – Special Projects
Our crown corporation client is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join their team on a contract. As the HRBP for Special Projects, you will focus on managing HR projects, creating job descriptions, and helping develop HR policies.
Location: Windsor, ON (Hybrid)
Work Type: Contract
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles within the organization.
2. Assist in the research, creation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
3. Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR services and processes.
4. Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant legislation.
5. Work closely with the HR team to support policy development and project implementation.
6. Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration with a focus on HR.
2. Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation is a plus.
3. At least 2 years of experience in a HRBP role.
4. Strong knowledge of HR legislation (ESA, OHSA, OHRC, OLRA, etc.).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
