MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To be responsible for managing the airport car parking facility. To ensure that the car parks are safe at all times and that we are delivering exceptional customer service. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that you are driving revenue through making sure all vehicles are following the correct payment procedures. This includes checks on vehicles, assisting with processing payments and issuing receipts where necessary. Manage vehicle and pedestrian safety through directing traffic, preventing congestion and ensuring the safety of all parties. Maintain all areas of the car park environments in meeting H&S requirements. This includes completing safety checks, supporting passengers and reporting anything potentially unsafe. Be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer experience, with a willingness to enhance the customer journey where possible. You will be responsible for supporting customers and escalating any complaints which may arise through the correct protocol. You will be a Brand Ambassador at all times and will ensure this is reflected throughout your work. Understand security protocol and the impacts of this on your department. This includes monitoring the premises, completing relevant necessary checks, checking for suspicious activity and reporting where necessary. Enforce parking regulations where necessary to ensure compliance with parking rules and reporting unauthorised vehicles. Provide assistance to any customer in difficulty and engage support from other departments where necessary. Take ownership of completing all necessary checks and training that is required for your role and follow all relevant HR processes.
