Therefore we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Band 6 within the Neonatal Service at Stockport NHS foundation trust. We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals who can demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, provide support and education for junior staff and are passionate about improving patient safety and the patient experience and providing leadership and management of the team on a shift and work closely with the Senior Sisters, Lead Nurses and Matron in developing the service and enhancing quality of care delivery.
