What you'll do:
1. Lead, engage and develop your team of tech-whizzes and people pros
2. Empower that team to reach their ambitious targets
3. Create an environment where every customer feels at ease
4. Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
You'll definitely:
1. Have some experience of coaching and building capability in a team
2. Have an ability to lead teams to strong commercial and customer results
3. Have some experience of managing your store in your Store Manager's absence
4. Have experience of driving customer service in a sales and service environment
5. Be self-motivated and proactive
You might even:
1. Possess an ability to set and carry out long-term plans
2. Have established coaching and development skills
