Branch Manager – Head of Lettings & Sales
Our client is a boutique property management and lettings agency, part of a larger Group, specialising in property development and investment. They manage a substantial residential portfolio, including multi-unit blocks, and are preparing to oversee the sale of numerous residential properties over the coming months. They operate independently while aligning strategically with the broader real estate and investment goals of the Group.
Our client is seeking a Head of Lettings & Sales to take full responsibility for their lettings and property management operations, oversee residential property sales, and manage a dedicated team. The successful candidate will have strong experience in lettings, block management, and property sales, and be comfortable leading a team, driving business growth, and managing the business independently. This role reports directly to the Group Finance Director.

Key Requirements
1. Proven senior experience in lettings and property management, including block management. Cross transferable skills from the wider property and maintenance sector will be considered.
2. Experience in property sales preferred, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing junior team members.
4. Ability to operate independently while providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing client and stakeholder relationships.
6. In-depth knowledge of lettings and property management legislation and compliance.
