Lead strategic projects that drive the People Strategy as an HR Project Manager for a dynamic professional body in Edinburgh. You'll have extensive experience in Project Management and a passion for HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement projects that align with the People Strategy, including new HR initiatives and schemes.
* Oversee and progress organisation-wide People accreditations.
* Support the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion goals in alignment with the values and strategic objectives.
* Lead policy initiatives to ensure compliance with legislative changes and align with best practices.
* Prepare, present, and analyse key reports, including the Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
* Identify opportunities for improvement to foster a positive work environment.
* Support broader HR activities and initiatives as needed.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
* Extensive generalist HR experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
* Proven experience in project management, from initial planning through to full implementation.
* Prior experience in roles supporting an organisation's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion goals.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law across HR functions.
* Ability to think critically, innovatively, and solve complex problems.
* Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
* Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask.
