Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Q&H Technician.
As a Q&H Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our Quality Department functions through internal audits, third-party audit support, and compliance management.
You will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards, as well as supporting 3rd party audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
You will also handle customer complaints, returns, and enquiries in a timely manner, locate retained samples for investigation and re-testing, and assist in maintaining product safety and quality management systems.
Additionally, you will collate required paperwork and information to comply with systems and aid in monthly stock takes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.
2. Support 3rd party audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
3. Handle customer complaints, returns, and enquiries in a timely manner.
4. Locate retained samples for investigation and re-testing.
5. Assist in maintaining product safety and quality management systems.
6. Collate required paperwork and information to comply with systems.
7. Aid in monthly stock takes.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Preferable experience with ISO9001 and BRCGS Packaging Materials Global Standard.
* Preferable experience with internal auditing and HACCP.
