Meridian Business Support has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join our client's Mental Health service in Preston, primarily focusing on the effective delivery of clinical care and working towards improving standards within the clinical areas of the service on their acute ward. You will also provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager. Your clinical experience and leadership will offer expertise and confidence to the nursing team and ward overall.
Requirements
* First level Registered Nurse (RMN)
* Clinical supervision experience is essential, training is desirable
* Evidence of CPD and intent to maintain and develop CPD and leadership
* Good computer skills
* Experience in Acute Mental Health
* At least 3 years, or equivalent post registration experience
* Mentorship desirable; however, training could be provided
