Our IT & Data Department play a crucial role in enabling the business to implement new strategies with a focus on continuous improvement, whether through data-analytics based reviews of existing processes or the provision of cutting-edge insights into how we can innovate on the delivery of key projects across multiple divisions.
To help us deliver these objectives, we are looking to appoint a dynamic and professional PowerBI Developer on an initial 6-month basis with the potential for an extension - the role is offered on a remote basis with occasional travel required to our HQ in Maidstone, Kent.

As a Power BI Developer, your primary objective will be to help us maintain our momentum in PowerBI development, whilst providing valuable insight and visualisation into the way we interpret company data.
Our focus for the rest of 2025 will be to implement a robust data-driven approach to KPI management and innovate the way in which we measure our progress against clearly defined business objectives. We plan to deliver this through the creation of a more robust management information platform which will be the responsibility of the IT & Data team - we have clear ambitions of how we would like to interact with MI and need the right person to help us unlock the value of data, putting it front-and-centre for departmental heads as part of the decision making process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and present high-impact reports and visualisations to senior management, providing insights that align with key business strategies
* Review and understand the current data landscape across the business and help to develop solutions for highlighted areas of improvement
* Work closely with departmental heads and senior stakeholders to help define objectives for data analysis and reporting
* Collaborate with the wider IT & Data team on report construction and maintenance
* Develop and maintain clear documentation (SOP's, process maps etc...) on PowerBI dashboard/report creation
Person Specification:
* Demonstrable portfolio experience in data analysis, data modelling, and business intelligence
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple concurrent projects with competing objectives in a dynamic environment
* Agility and flexibility in your approach to communicating complex ideologies to non-technical audiences, whilst maintaining effective engagement with key stakeholders of all levels
* Strong Experience working with PowerBI (essential), Excel (essential) and DAX (desirable)
