People are at the core of our success, and we are currently looking to strengthen our Sales Team at our HQ in Bolton. As a Lead Generator (Outbound Sales Advisor) you will be responsible for: • Making outbound B2B (business to business) calls, making direct contact with small business Company Owners, engaging with them, building rapport and then discussing whether they have thought about selling their business. • You will working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system • Arranging appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further • Providing a caring, thoughtful and thorough service to Clients, working with pace, professionalism to provide a first class customer experience We operate in a niche sector, so we don't expect Candidates with industry experience, all we ask is that you fit the following criteria – • Have brilliant communication skills – able to have an open conversation with anyone • Be working in or have experience in sales (B2B ideally, but B2C would also work) • Can build a great relationship with clients – managing what can be at times, very emotional, sensitive conversations, with tact, diplomacy and utter professionalism • To have the ability to manage your own time and diary, working to targets and deadlines • Strong literacy/numerical skills • To have bags of energy, drive, commitment and ambition – we are always looking to identify future leaders • Organisational skills and the ability to self-manage Benefits: • Competitive Salary and Bonus Structure. £25K Basic, realistic OTE £40K (Uncapped commission structure). • Collaborative and fun working environment • Daily, weekly & monthly incentives (including early finishes and prizes) • Team nights – Fazenda and Flight Club?
