We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our busy Group Marketing Team as. Based in Clifton, Bristol and reporting to the Group Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the marketing of Acorn’s award-winning developments.
With developments across the South West of England and South Wales, the Group Marketing Team work with the five regional offices on all developments.
Ambitious and passionate about marketing with a keen attention to detail, you will be responsible for implementing multi-platform strategies and initiatives working closely with Acorn’s in-house sales and development teams as well as estate agency partners.
The position’s key responsibilities include:
1. Delivery of high-quality web content, ensuring website and property portals are kept up to date
2. Design, implement, and manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns within the CRM system, including automation workflows, and performance tracking to drive engagement and conversion rates
3. Create compelling and tailored copy for a variety of platforms including blogs and press releases ensuring appropriate tone
4. Planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns in conjunction with sales teams, agents and required sales rate
5. Analysis of marketing campaigns, database and purchaser data to inform future marketing plans
6. Work with sales teams to maximise the potential of new site launches
7. Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
8. Work with creative agencies and in-house Graphic Designer to create impactful development brochures, adverts and other required literature
9. Manage signage requirements and maximise opportunities for brand and development awareness
10. Contribute ideas for social media posts
11. Tracking of marketing activity spend in line with marketing budget
12. Liaise with appointed estate agent regarding portal listings, window and office display, advertisement artwork. Portal stats and analytics
13. Put together award entries in the appropriate format
14. Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
15. Attending sites for meetings or as required
16. Work with marketing team on ad-hoc projects such as corporate brochures

The successful candidate will contribute to existing marketing strategies while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with new projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience across a wide range of marketing functions including copywriting, communications, advertising, branding and digital marketing. Acorn is a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently, it is therefore imperative that the successful candidate is flexible and adaptable, an organised multitasker able to manage and balance tasks on their own initiative, while always providing excellent support.
Previous experience in property marketing is beneficial but not essential.
