Take ownership of key HR projects, from talent development to change management, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with the company’s culture and goals. Manage a range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention, ensuring HR practices align with company values. Collaborate closely with management teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a positive employee experience. Support on HR policy development, ensuring they remain up-to-date and reflective of the company’s ethos. Provide coaching and guidance to managers, empowering them to lead and manage their teams effectively. Requirements Skills & Experience Required Level 7 CIPD Qualified – Essential for delivering high-quality HR support and strategic advice. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment. Strong ER case management experience, with the ability to handle complex issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
