Overview of the role

We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a Technical Consultant who specialises in Azure infrastructure. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and quality of work.
What will you be doing?
1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate Azure solutions.
2. Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
3. Oversee the delivery of Azure projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving issues and ensuring successful project outcomes.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and project timelines.

What are we looking for?
The right person for this role will have significant experience in this sector and will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including infrastructure, networking, security, and governance.
Key Skills:
1. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including infrastructure, networking, security, and governance. Familiarity with Azure tools, services, and best practices.
2. Demonstrated experience in engaging with clients, understanding their business needs, and recommending appropriate Azure solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Track record of successfully delivering Azure projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and mitigate risks effectively.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues efficiently.
5. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
Practical stuff
Where is the role based?
Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) but this role can be remote with occasional visits to the HQ and to customers.

Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.

*Important* BPSS Check
