Full time (40 hrs) Permanent Closing date: 1 December 2024 The role We are looking for a maintenance bricklayer to join our friendly Response team as they undertake a variety of tasks across our social housing properties. Whilst this role will require solid experience in brickwork, your time will be split between bricklaying and numerous other tasks, including fencing, concreting, groundworks and landscaping. Our properties are located across the Melksham and Trowbridge area. Alongside excellent benefits, you will also receive a company vehicle and fuel card to cover your travel to and from site. On any given day you may find yourself: Removing walls and ceilings Carrying out repairs and alterations to existing stone, walling, pointing, screeding, and drainage construction Fencing Laying tarmac, patio slabs, concrete paths, key clamp rails and carrying out adaptation works Decorating and simple joinery tasks Identifying, quantifying and sourcing required materials.
