Our client is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke equipment. They install, service and maintain their equipment throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now recruiting for a multi-skilled Field Service Engineer with a mechanical/electrical engineering background to join their team. The successful Field Service Engineer will be based in the Midlands - Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, or close surrounding areas and will be the specialist engineer responsible for covering the customer base throughout the UK, carrying out the service, maintenance, and repair of the company products. Please note flexibility is required as you will be required to travel and stay away from home overnight regularly.

Field Service Engineer Requirements:
1. You will hold NVQ/ONC/HNC in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
2. Proven electromechanical skills with experience of carrying out equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations.
3. Experience of working with AC/DC power supplies.
4. Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
5. Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
6. Flexible approach - able to stay away from home overnight when required.
7. IT literate.
8. Hold a full UK driving licence.
