Overall Purpose
This newly created Group Tax Manager role will form a vital part of the Group’s tax function. With the Group’s expansion into new jurisdictions and income streams, and the associated complexity this brings, now is the perfect time for the tax function to grow too.
The Group Tax Manager will work collaboratively with and report to the Group Head of Tax & Structuring, also working alongside members of Finance (such as the CFO, Group Financial Controller, Regional Financial Controllers, Finance Managers, FP&A Manager and AP teams), HR, and Commercial and Operational teams, to support the business in sustaining a robust tax profile.
The Group’s tax function has global reach across all areas of tax, and as such, a key part of the Group Tax Manager role will be adaptability and dynamism to support this breadth. Big Bus’s activity spans 17 jurisdictions and as the Group is acquisitive this may increase over time.
