We are supporting a national company on a temporary project focusing on the Dagenham area for the rest of 2024 - So if you're looking for a temp job to start ASAP and keep you busy with weekly pay until Friday 13th December. Before reading on, please note that due to the environment and information you're handling, we are only able to consider those with an Enhanced DBS check they can share and must be dated within the past 3 years - Without this you won't be able to be considered. Specifically, we are looking for people to work as Call Handlers based in their RM10 based office, you will be fully site based here. As part of this project you'll be part of a team focused on the back office and administration support for this project, with an emphasis on speaking with service users over the phone. On an average day you'd find yourself performing admin/data entry duties, transferring data from physically completed forms and profiles onto a system and please do be aware that typically you could be making/taking anywhere up to around 100 phone calls a day. This role is temping until the end of December at least with weekly pay every Friday at the rate of £12 per hour holiday pay. Working hours/days of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and overtime is available.
