About the Role: As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the warehouse, logistics, transport, and customer service teams. You’ll handle stock-related admin, data management, and report generation while also stepping in to assist with hands-on warehouse tasks when needed. If you have a Forklift/Reach Truck licence, that’s a plus—but if not, training may be available Key Responsibilities: Support the Warehouse Team Leaders with daily admin tasks to ensure smooth operations. Verify picking loads against driver paperwork for accuracy. Monitor and update stock availability, reservations, and load lists. Organise and prioritise workloads, ensuring efficiency in warehouse operations. Generate consignment labels using online systems. Liaise with other departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations. Input data, generate reports, and interpret stock trends to support decision-making. Assist in warehouse tasks when required, including picking stock. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures. Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the warehouse. What We’re Looking For: Experience using warehouse or business operating systems (training will be provided for specific software). Strong data management and reporting skills with high attention to detail. Highly organised and proactive, with excellent time management. Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Problem solver with a 'can-do’ attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively. Manual handling experience preferred but not essential.
