Risk Change Delivery Manager - Salary circa £43,000 12-month Fixed Term Contract Join our Accounts Receivables Governance & Control team as a Risk Change Delivery Manager for a 12-month fixed term role to support an exciting change project If you are a proactive candidate who has experience working within the Financial Services industry managing change projects, we would love to hear from you A bit about the job: You will support our Accounts Receivables Governance & Control Manager with a large-scale change project affecting our Collections business. In this role, y ou will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, monitor, and report on risks across the organization, may have a more specialised focus within risk governance such as operational risk, credit risk or market risk. On a day-to-day basis, you will be reviewing and updating policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and providing risk oversight and reporting to senior management. You'll be advising on risk management framework by developing and maintaining risk management policies and procedures whilst ensuring they are effectively embedded into the business operations and in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls, participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience of working with change/transformation projects within the Financial Services industry, ideally insurance or collections. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and challenge effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as adapt style and influence all levels of business, including senior management. Enjoy proactively identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. Knowledge and experience in risk and governance related roles within the Financial Services industry.
