The Opportunity
Working within a highly prestigious environment, the successful candidate will support the delivery of a truly exceptional customer journey for both staff and visitors. You will be well versed in the processes and practices to manage the staff, contractors and visitors to the site. You will be part of a sophisticated and well organised Concierge/Front of House operation and will maintain exceptional standards for the Concierge/Front of House service.
In addition to the above, you will undertake extensive patrols and perform duties as part of those patrols which are designed to promote safety, security and provide an exceptional service to the client. Your role will be critical in providing an environment which is welcoming and relaxed yet highly presentable, professional, safe and secure at all times.
You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be an integral part of the concierge team.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
* Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for visitors, guests and the internal stakeholders.
* Expert in customer service and front of house duties, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
* Skilled in being the main point of contact for all queries and signposting to the appropriate and professional services.
* Experience in delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
* Ensure the highest standards in presentation are always maintained, and the Reception area is kept clean, tidy and welcoming and to five-star standards.
* A courteous, professional, helpful nature is always displayed.
* To carry out duties in accordance with Assignment instructions, SOP’s and by your internal stakeholders and Operations Manager.
* Establish a professional working relationship with internal stakeholders and key personnel and will be the first point of contact for the building.
* To assist in the event of an emergency and be aware of all Health and Safety requirement and procedures.
* Carrying out any additional or ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Valid SIA Licence
* Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
* Professionalism and Discretion
* Exceptional communication skills, across all disciplines
* Good problem solving with a logical mindset
* Good understanding of the organisation’s objectives and operations
* Advanced customer service skills
* Strong presentation in line with the front of house delivery
* Team player and able to provide a helpful and polite service
* Ability to deal with confidential information
