As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of service while working within a highly supportive team environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the recovery and rehabilitation of residents, making a real difference to their lives. Key Responsibilities: Help lead a compassionate care team, delivering person-centred care and continuously assessing residents needs to ensure the care provided adapts to their changing physical, social, and psychological requirements. Champion independence and choice by developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet the evolving needs of each resident. Take responsibility for overseeing medicine management on your shift, ensuring compliance with current policies, procedures, and legislation. Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to build and uphold a positive reputation for the Centre. Ensure the Centre meets all regulatory standards during inspections, proactively managing risks and resolving issues as they arise. Maintain accurate and thorough records, ensuring care plans, assessments, and incident reports are documented appropriately.
