Frontline Insourcing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior to lead the delivery of innovative NHS insourcing services. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring exemplary patient care and operational efficiency by leveraging your extensive NHS network. You will be instrumental in initiating and cultivating relationships with NHS stakeholders, converting these into direct awards, call-off contracts, or service agreements.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with NHS Trusts, including Service Managers, Business Managers, General Managers, Associate Directors, Directors, Clinical Leads, and more.
* Work alongside our insourcing delivery team, board of directors, clinical leads, compliance director and clinical staff to support the efficient delivery of healthcare services within NHS facilities.
* Focus on reducing waiting lists and optimising capacity, thus diminishing the NHS's reliance on more costly outsourcing alternatives.

The Role
As the Senior Lead, you will oversee, manage, and spearhead the business development, lead generation, and delivery team, leading from the front to drive sales revenue and ensure that our insourcing services align with NHS standards and frameworks. Your pivotal role ensures seamless collaboration between insourced clinicians and NHS staff, maintains clinical excellence, and meets performance targets. You will be the key developer of new business opportunities for the company, networking and developing relationships that secure new contracts for your team to execute.
Our bids and tender division manages all mini-competitions, Invitation to Tenders (ITTs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and related activities, enabling you to concentrate primarily on securing direct awards. This key function is available to all NHS stakeholders and is designed to deliver rapid turnaround times aiding services that require urgent support.
What You'll Need
* You will need proven experience in a senior management, directorship, or clinical role within the NHS or healthcare sector, or in a senior commercial and business development role within an insourcing company.
* Ideal candidates will possess experience in insourcing, boast a comprehensive NHS network, and have a proven track record in increasing sales revenue, business development, project management, and service delivery. Essentially, we are seeking a talented all-rounder!
* A strong understanding of NHS clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and service frameworks is essential.
* You should possess leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and driving market share.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, capable of fostering collaboration between insourced teams and NHS stakeholders.
