What You’ll Do As the Finance Assistant, you’ll manage the full procurement process — from working with suppliers to supporting departments across the business. Your role will also include: Handling end-to-end accounts payable, from vendor set-up to payment processing. Auditing credit card transactions and employee expenses for accuracy. Supporting travel, expenses, and purchasing platforms. Assisting with supplier queries and managing their records. Working on finance projects and ensuring smooth operations. What Makes You Perfect for the Role You’re organised with strong time-management skills. Your attention to detail is impeccable. You’re a great communicator with a proactive attitude. Proficient in MS Excel, with Oracle Financials experience being a bonus What's On Offer Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (37.5 hours/week), with flexibility when needed.
