Job Description Business Development Manager (BDM) Property Services Job Role Are you an ambitious and driven professional with a proven track record in Business Development within the Property Service Sector? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the countries largest Property Service Contractors as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and fostering partnerships with existing clients while winning new business in line with targets. Reporting to Head of Sales you will cover Yorkshire and the North West and can work from either the Leeds or Warrington Office while maintaining records through the companies bespoke system. What you’ll need for the role • Self-motivated and driven to succeed. • Resilient with a positive mind set. • Confident and professional both over the phone and face to face. • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Has good organisational skills. • Has good PC skills using MS Office. • Ideally has experience in developing both new business and account management within the sector. • Ideally has experience in selling services to: Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Education, Health, Commercial and Retail & Leisure Sectors. • Full UK Driving Licence.
