Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students. Build strong relationships and rapport with students to support their educational journey. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple year groups. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and classroom management. Contribute to the school community through participation in extracurricular activities and clubs. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Flexibility with travel, allowing for travel times up to 1 hour. Ability to adapt to different teaching circumstances and meet the needs of varying individuals.
