Job Title: Performance Specialist – DTC Health & Wellness Brand
Location: Brighton Central (3 days in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing Ads for growth.
* Manage budgets, bids, and ad copy testing for search, display, and social.
* Analyse performance using GA4, Tableau, and platform metrics to refine strategy.
* Deliver reports with actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale.
* Run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to boost conversions.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience managing Google Ads, Bing, and Meta Ads, optimising multi-platform campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with GA4 and other reporting tools.
* Understanding of multi-channel marketing funnels and performance-driven strategies.
* Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
