Responsibilities:
1. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, conveyors, and other equipment.
2. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
3. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that optimize equipment performance and reliability.
4. Utilize technical drawings, manuals, and diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
6. Stay current with advances in electromechanical technology and best practices in maintenance and reliability.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, and control circuits.
3. Proficiency in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
