We are looking for a Business Advisory Senior to join our Outsourced Finance Services team. The Business Advisory Senior will be responsible for (but not limited to): Complete initial review of work delegated to assistants and support on queries. Provide general support to clients with outsourcing tasks as required. Finalise preparation of month end reporting, including forecasting, for manager review. Day to day client management for the portfolio of work you are responsible for (likely 5-10 clients) Attend client meetings when appropriate to develop and strengthen client relations and gain exposure to client interactions. Co-ordinating accounts, audit and compliance work and supporting on queries as necessary. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the services offered by the department and the wider firm and identify areas where the firm could assist clients. Suggest improvements to job efficiencies to help drive continuous improvements within each client engagement. Assist with ad hoc project work on differing Outsourced Finance clients. About You: A leader of your work and your professional learning Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others. ICAS/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified Excellent organisational skills Problem solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant experience within an accounts setting or finance function. Experience of using software within an accounts setting or finance function. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant software packages Ability to adapt to change and embrace technology. Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload within tight deadlines. Good team player and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels and a willingness to share knowledge with others. Self-motivated, with an ability to develop ideas into practice.
