Job Title: Social Worker – North Neighbourhood Team
Location: Trafford Council
Rate: £30 per hour
Trafford Council is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join their integrated community service within the North Neighbourhood Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Social Worker, you will engage in informative and preventative conversations, including social work assessments and interventions, and secure appropriate levels of funding in line with the Reshaping Trafford Policy. You will provide an effective response to safeguarding enquiries in accordance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures. Additionally, you will challenge current ways of working and adopt strengths-based assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
