Closing Date – Applications close 6 th December at 5pm We’re looking for a Scrum Master to our Customer Experience (CX) team, t his role is key to the delivery of Customer Experience across the Tesco Bank digital estate. In our Customer Experience Platforms teams you’ll have the opportunity to work on our most important digital customer channels: website, online banking service and our mobile app. What you’ll be doing You will be practising Agile and SAFe methodologies and working with Jira, and Confluence. You’ll be working alongside teams responsible for allowing our customers to self-service digitally and reporting to Senior Leadership within our Platforms organisation. Planning software releases for medium projects as they are produced to ensure timely updates and to deliver the benefits as early as possible in the project or program. Planning and prioritising work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals. Aligning own team's work with other workgroups, determining and obtaining required resources. Promoting an agile mindset within teams by emphasising nimble action in service of constant customer focus, consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances whilst helping or encouraging others. Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Reviewing existing operations in your own area of work and implementing innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered. Making good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward. Taking smart, independent action in urgent and non-routine situations, knowing when to escalate for others' involvement. We need you to have Relevant qualification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology. Experience practising Agile and SAFe methodologies and working with Jira, and Confluence. Experience leading scrum ceremonies, removing obstacles and facilitate problem-solving. Collaboration and conflict resolution skills to enable the most effective work delivery by development teams on medium-sized projects.
