Your Journey with Prologis:
Embark on an immersive 2-year journey of growth, innovation, and collaboration with our prestigious Graduate Program. As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience and honing your skills under industry experts' guidance.
Training Program Highlights:
Our graduate program spans 24 months and is designed to cultivate expertise and global proficiency within the real estate sector.
You will kickstart your journey with a specialized 6-month deep dive into the RECX regional team, gaining a thorough understanding of our operations. This will be followed by rotations between valuations and fund management. During this time, you’ll be the sole graduate focusing on each area. Afterward, you’ll have an extended 12-month period at our Solihull office as part of the Real Estate & Customer Experience team. Here, you will gain immersive experience across a spectrum of roles, from Facility and Property to Asset and Construction Management, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the industry.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will receive training and mentorship during the program to ensure you gain the experience and competencies you need to meet the requirements of Logistic Real Estate pathway. Main tasks will include:
1. Project Implementation: Execute real estate projects, impacting organizational success.
2. Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships, understand customer needs, and enhance experiences.
3. Customer Management: Communicate terms, manage processes, and coordinate maintenance.
4. Revenue Opportunities: Align value-added services with customer needs.
5. Skills Development: Use tools, analyze data, and learn lease administration.
6. Negotiation and Financial Reporting: Develop management skills and meet financial goals.
Location:
Your journey begins in Solihull. As part of our program, you will have the chance to rotate between Solihull, London and Amsterdam offices, expanding your global perspective.
What we are looking for:
7. A degree in Real Estate, Logistics, or Engineering.
8. Pursuing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), preferably with an RICS accredited degree.
9. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
10. A passion for international collaboration and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
11. Flexibility to reside in Amsterdam for 6 months and travel as required.
12. Valid driver's license for on-site visits.
13. Demonstrated interest in Industrial Real Estate and proficiency in IT skills.
14. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
