Job Title: CRM Operations Executive Location: Watford (3x per week) Salary: Up to £40,000 Bonus The Role: We are looking for a CRM Operations Executive to join a growing team responsible for deploying, monitoring, and testing player-facing communications. You will work with a variety of digital communication channels, ensuring campaigns are correctly built and executed. With a high volume of campaigns to manage, attention to detail and efficiency will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Work with CRM tools (SFMC or similar) to manage the deployment and tracking of campaigns. Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns are targeted effectively and performance is properly tracked. Ensure email communications follow best practices and meet company standards. Edit HTML content for emails and digital campaigns. Candidate Requirements: Strong HTML skills and experience in coding emails (advanced, not just drag-and-drop). Experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools (SFMC experience is a plus). At least 6 months of CRM operations experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. A commitment to a long-term role with the company.
