People Operations Partner (12-18 Month FTC) - Must be available to start in January
Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a HR Operations Partner to join a growing Financial Services institution going through exciting periods of change and transformation.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving forwards the HR strategy and providing strategic, consultative support to senior leadership across the business. The role will focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and enhancing effectiveness across the business.
Role:
* Manage and enhance People processes, overseeing workflow and quality control in collaboration with the offshore People Support Team.
* Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on People policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with Reward and Payroll teams for monthly payroll uploads and audits to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
* Act as a liaison between the business and Reward team during performance, bonus, and pay review cycles to support a smooth, accurate process.
* Ensure all People processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
* Conduct audits of People processes and records for accuracy and compliance.
* Support stakeholders with succession planning, partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Support to facilitate HRIS transfers when needed.
* Track and analyze key People metrics to assess initiative effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
* Serve as a key business partner for change and transformation projects, preparing data, project plans, and tracking progress as necessary.
Skills:
* Broad expertise across People operations, with strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations.
* Solid understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
* Experience in managing People-related change and transformation projects.
* Strong proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
