Application Requirements: We are looking for an HLTA who:
• Holds a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Has a proven track record of working in Key Stage 1 or 2 settings.
• Is passionate about inclusive education and committed to making a difference.
• Can adapt quickly, think on their feet, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Is enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of a class teacher.
• Support small groups and individual pupils, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Play a key role in supporting our nurturing and inclusive ethos.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and stimulating learning environment.
