Event Marketing Coordinator Job Summary Our partner, a world leader in travel planning is looking to hire an Event Marketing Coordinator. The Event Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in planning and executing corporate events. This hands-on role involves end-to-end event management, including registration, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution. The role offers opportunities for travel and career growth within a dynamic, high-energy team. This is a hybrid role based out of London The pay for this role is £20/hr Key Responsibilities Plan and execute corporate events (up to 100 attendees), including tradeshows, conferences, and workshops. Manage event registration platforms, attendee lists, and event check-ins. Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, and on-site troubleshooting. Work closely with the Destination Management Team to handle event inventory and shipments. Lift and transport event materials (up to 50 pounds), including swag and inventory, at the London office. Requirements: 5 corporate events managed end-to-end (tradeshows, conferences, workshops). Experience using any event registration software such as Cvent, Evenium, RainFocus, or similar. Must have a valid unexpired passport Ability to get to the London office for meetings Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Nice-to-Have Experience Experience working in a global event environment. Background in corporate marketing or event sponsorships. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for attendee tracking and logistics management.
