Hyreus are currently recruiting for a Datacentre Sales Manager for our climate solutions company client.
Job Summary
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling equipment solutions to new and existing clients. The primary objective is to generate new business and pipeline opportunities, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales and BD:
Identify clients requiring solutions in the HVAC and cooling.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build sales pipeline, regularly updating (CRM) system with accurate information.
Technical Expertise:
Equipment solutions in the HVAC and Process Temperature Control, chiller units, TC units etc.
Assist in selecting the most suitable equipment solutions based on client needs.
Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate client’s needs,
Collaborate internally with relevant teams to design and customize equipment solutions.
Clients Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand clients’ needs and provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring clients satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, maintenance advice, tech coordination.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
Analyze market trends, clients feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
The Candidate:
Qualification or experience in engineering
Solid experience in sales, relationship management
HVAC or refrigeration industry experience
Ability to provide relevant solutions.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
