A leading national business is looking for a Regional HR Advisor to partner and support 12 branches across the South/South West region. This is a rewarding position where you will be the first port of call for staff within the business, providing a generalist HR support and advisory service.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR covering regions from Newquay to Exeter to Bristol to Southampton to Bracknell to Crawley.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
* Support managers through a variety of employee relations issues
* Advising, coaching, and guiding managers through the full employee lifecycle
* Ensure managers are aware of policies and processes, signposting relevant information
* Organising all aspects of the family-friendly processes for staff including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, and unpaid leave, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
* Responding efficiently to ad-hoc HR related queries on a day-to-day basis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience of working in Human Resources in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role
* Experience handling a variety of Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce.
* CIPD qualified (advantageous) ideally with knowledge of UK Employment law
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
* Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
