Our client, a leading name in the media and broadcasting industry, is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join their lively and friendly team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment, supporting crews and coordinating key logistics behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Raising and managing purchase orders Booking travel and hotel accommodation for crew and production teams Collating and distributing essential information and documentation for crews Communicating with a range of stakeholders including suppliers, venues, and internal teams Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed Updating and maintaining CRM systems (experience beneficial, but not essential) Ensuring accurate information and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Ideal Candidate: Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail Clear and confident communicator Able to build strong working relationships with crews, venues, suppliers, and internal teams A team player who thrives in a dynamic and friendly atmosphere Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure Previous administrative experience is a bonus, but not essential Additional Information: Hybrid working model (a mix of remote and office-based work) Join a supportive and energetic team in a highly respected media environment Excellent opportunity to build experience in broadcast operations and logistics If you're enthusiastic, organised, and ready to jump into a fast-paced role, we’d love to hear from you.
