We have an exciting opportunity to join our Trust as General Manager - Core Clinical and Community Services Directorate (8C). Reporting to the Clinical Director for Core Clinical and Community Services.

You will bring significant experience in a senior operational role plus evidence of success in developing services that deliver high quality patient care. You will be confident and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and be expected to establish and maintain relationships which enable the Trust to operate effectively with clinicians, managers and partners focused on improving outcomes and services to patients.

Main duties of the job
The General Manager is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operational services of the directorate. They will work collaboratively as a member of the triumvirate to ensure services are clinically and operationally led. They will be patient focused and ensure the delivery of access targets, and that quality improvement and a culture of learning and improvement is embedded within the directorate.
