The role involves using a person-centred approach to look after the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of service users, including personal care and assisting clients at mealtimes. You will be responsible for monitoring service users' health and well-being, recording information on electronic care planning systems, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. What you'll need to succeed: Patience and empathy, understanding of dementia and physical disabilities, and experience in a caring role are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required, along with basic computer skills for care planning.
