STORE MANAGER - Bicester Outlet
Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Store Manager for our Bicester Outlet. The Store Manager will ensure continuity and maintenance of strategic standards and operational procedures in order to achieve company goals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing the day-to-day running of the store
2. Supporting recruitment and conducting performance/probation reviews
3. Coaching and motivating your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
4. Leading your team to transform each customer's experience into a special moment, creating a customized experience
5. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
6. Identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
7. Achieving commercial targets through efficient and effective team organization and product presentation management
8. Contributing to the improvement of commercial performance through technical knowledge of the product, numerical analysis of sales and stock, product rotation and supervision of VM replenishment.

Requirements:
