Job Overview
The Specialist Services Administrator will administer non-standard service processes, correspond with business customers on complex service matters, and regularly liaise with the market wholesaler.
Key Duties
1. Resolve complex scenarios with accuracy and attention to detail
2. Work with customers to assess their exact requirements
3. Facilitate communication between the customer and wholesaler where appropriate
4. Remain aware of internal & external process changes and implement required change
5. Identify, develop and integrate new specialist service processes
6. Work to strict deadlines & SLA’s
7. Liaise effectively with other teams and communicate change clearly where required
8. Other ad-hoc office and administration tasks, as and when required.
Key Requirements
1. Outstanding technical ability with close attention to detail to consistently get work right first time
2. Great communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Ability to think logically, easily identifying issues using a common-sense approach
4. Organisational skills, with confidence to self-manage own duties
5. Ability to multi-task within a busy environment, with a consistent high level of accuracy
6. Willingness to collaborate with other teams and take instruction where necessary
7. Excellent IT literacy, with a solid knowledge of core software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Desirable Skills/Experience
1. Experience in utilities
