A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced mental health manager to work at a small learning disabilities home. The home provides residential care for younger adults who have a learning disability. The home is located in the Stockton on Tees area & is rated at GOOD with CQC.
You will be support the team within the home in day to day business & care needs whilst building and maintaining excellent relationships with outside agencies and local authorities. My client is looking for somebody that has existing experience of working with a Learning Disabilities client group and challenging behaviour experience is also desirable. They are looking for an established Manager looking to join a progressive provider who share good care values.
Skills and experience for the role of Registered Manager:
• Commitment to delivering high quality care & NVQ Level 5 Leadership & mgmt
• Previous managerial experience in an LD residential setting
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
