Requirements for the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant: - Experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges is preferred. - Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. - Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. - Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices. - Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or behaviour management are advantageous.
