Job Title: Sales Advisor – New Homes\n Location: Milton Keynes\n Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 (DOE)\n Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n Hours: 10am–5pm, 5 days per week (including weekend work – one weekend off every 4 weeks)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected UK housebuilder, seeking a confident and motivated Sales Advisor to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in new build residential sales to be part of a growing and well-established company.\n\nReporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers and play a key role in delivering a smooth and professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWelcome and engage with prospective buyers at the sales office and show homes.\nBuild rapport with clients and guide them through the homebuying journey.\nManage and update CRM records and maintain accurate visitor and sales data.\nPrepare and process reservations and sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.\nLiaise with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and valuers.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current developments, house types, build stages, and local area benefits.\nEnsure compliance with Consumer Protection and Health & Safety regulations.\nRepresent the brand professionally and provide an exceptional customer experience at every stage.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience in new homes sales is essential.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.\nConfident, target-driven, and self-motivated.\nAble to recognise buying signals and convert leads into sales.\nStrong organisational skills with attention to detail.\nWillingness to work weekends and public holidays (with scheduled time off).\nA full UK driving licence is required.\n\nWhat’s in it for You?\n\nCompetitive salary between £24,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience).\nA supportive and high-performing team environment.\nThe opportunity to work with a leading name in the UK housing market.\nOngoing training and career development
