The role is based in the South Central region, covering accounts mainly in Hampshire and Dorset. To protect work-life balance and wellbeing, it's essential that you live within this region.
What will you be doing?
Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Beyond that, develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our Sports Medicine customers to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue, improved service provision, and increased efficiency in our business interactions with customers.
It's about taking strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients. We expect such strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography, impacting existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
* Experience managing complex accounts, ideally in the medical technology industry
* Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners
* Focused account management of segmented 'Grow' & 'Maintain' accounts
* Ability to stay up-to-date with NHS developments
* Think like a business owner — assess your territory and relevant market trends
* Valid UK Driving License
