With style You will be responsible for assisting with the support, maintenance and development of the business systems used by the group. These include the following. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MSBC) Jet Reports Datascope Continia This role will be based at our Head Office in Islington, A short walk from Angel or Old Street station. Our head office houses the support/core functions to the business from HR/Recruitment to Buying to Finance and Pre-construction. We currently have a hybrid working model which consists of 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office, everyone comes in on a Wednesday. Main Responsibilities: System maintenance and support: Provide support to the Group Systems Accountant for logging and resolving issues with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MSBC) and other finance related business systems as necessary, including Jet Reports, Data scope (time recording) and Continia (Invoice capture software). Maintain and update as necessary workflow configuration. Manage relevant system updates (including testing). Review of system logs and resolution of errors/issues. Manage Jet Reports – maintenance of existing and creation of new reports. System housekeeping including user profiles, permissions setup, security groups, and data cleansing on all relevant systems. Day-to-day management of the systems security. User training and query resolution. Assist with other relevant business systems where necessary (e.g., Payroll). System Development: Assist with developing functional and operational knowledge of the system throughout the organization. Assist with the creation, amendment and testing of reports (including the production of documentation). Work with the stakeholders to leverage functionality in modules including system configuration through use of Application language to add fields/pages/tables. Assist the users to optimise of system usage. Maintain systems process documentation. Assisting with the development of opportunities to integrate with other business systems (e.g., Salesforce- HR).
