We're looking for a Sales Operations Lead to join our team in London as part of our Sales function. Your Role: You will lead support functions essential to sales team productivity. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization and sales process training. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will work closely with sales, marketing, product, finance and data insights teams, to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and facilitate continuous improvement in the sales organisation. Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes within sales. Proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales organisation’s efforts. Oversees the efficient running of the leads funnel within Salesforce and Salesloft, ensuring that sales teams receive inbound leads within expected time parameters. Liaise with other lead funnel stakeholders, such as Marketing, to ensure that the leads process is optimised for the sales teams. Seek to drive improvement and efficiencies within our lead management process. Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reports. Monitor the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with key personnel Be a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced Your Experience Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software required Experience using Salesloft preferred Experience in analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insight Experience in managing stakeholder relationships across functional areas Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Proactive approach to problem solving We’re not solely focused on a checklist of skills.
